GlycoTrace started as a spreadsheet. Here is how it became an app.

Hi, I'm Leon. I have Type 3c diabetes — had it for about three years after pancreatitis. I never wanted to make an app; I just wanted to make sense of my numbers. I had spreadsheets and was logging stuff in my Libre app and the Garmin app, trying to get the information to make sense of when my ratio changes, which happens quite a lot. I didn't really get there, so I thought there must be a better way of collecting all this information.

I did look. There are a few apps, but not one that did everything I wanted. So, to cut a long story short, I made it.

The app tracks glucose readings. You can sync your Libre to it. It tracks calories, carbs, protein, exercise, and insulin. I'm really interested in the patterns before and after exercise — that's where I was having most of my trouble. I got to a place which is a really good app for me, but I don't know if it would work for everyone. Let me know what you like, what you don't, and I can look to build that in.

Try it for yourself, no account needed.
